Temple Square Lights

Last night for Family Night we went down to Temple Square to see the lights with the kids. They loved it and thought that is was fun to see the big statue of Christ in the visitor center. In the smaller visitor center they have a little display of the Salt Lake Temple with the side cut out if it and you can see everything that is inside of all the rooms of the temple. It was really neat.

The Girls Having Fun

I asked the girls on Sunday to stand in front of the Christmas tree since they were in their dresses and looked cute so these are the pictures I got. They love to pose.

Ellie's Dance Rehearsal and Dance Recital

These pictures are from Ellie's Dance last week. She has so much fun going to dance and being able to dance on the stage is her favorite part. Hailee thinks she is just a big and wants to be doing everything that Ellie does. Ellie did a great job at her recital.

Thanksgiving Weekend

This year for Thanksgiving we spent it with Derek's side of the family and we went to Farm Creek. It was alot of fun and the girls really enjoyed it too. Derek pulled the two girls on a sled behind the four wheeler out in the field. Hailee got a little tired when she fell off of the sled and got snow in her face so she just road on the four wheeler with Derek the rest of the time. Ellie wanted to go all the time though. She even went twice in one day too. I am glad that there was enough snow there to be able to have some fun.

Watching Kids

I was watching one of my nieces and one of my nephews a few weeks ago and it was the day it was really cold outside. So I took them to the South Town Mall and this is what we did for a hour and a half. We walked the mall and played on the escalators and elevators and talked to Santa Clause too. They had fun. Sorry the pictures are blurry.

Can't Wait Until April!

Derek and I are very very excited to announce that come April we will be seeing alot more blue around the house than pink for a change. That's right we are having a boy! We found out yesterday afternoon at the untrasound. Both Derek and I were shocked. We really didn't know what to expect but everything looks good and healthy so we will take it. Now what to do with a boy we are so use to girls around here. I guess we will figure that out when the time comes.

October Fun!

Today we went and got to see Ellie parade in her Halloween Costume at school. This is Hailee after we saw Ellie and I just had to show the big hoop earings she is wearing and will not take off.( They are clip on earings.) Hailee is a Denver Bronco Cheerleader.

Ellie!

Ellie was so excited to get dressed up in her costume for school today. She wanted to wear make-up and have glitter in her hair and she loves being a fairy. ( She calls herself a princess fairy.) She has been a fairy the last three Halloween's and does not want to be anything else.

Here is Haliee waiting for Ellie. They had music playing so Hailee was dancing to it.

Sorry these pictures are out of order. Here is our pumpkins carved and painted.

The girls wanted to carve these little pumpkins but I told them they could paint them instead. They thought that was a good idea. The two on the left are Ellie's and the one on the right is Hailee's.

Here it is all happening.

I made them strip down so they would not get paint on there clothes because I let them use my craft paint.

Ellie had red ribbon week a few weeks ago and one day was wear funny shoes or socks, hat day, crazy hair day, wear your favorite sports team, and wear red. This is crazy hair day. She wanted a picture taken of it. This is as crazy as I could get it with how long her hair is.

Dean Halloween Party!!!

Here is some of my family. The others were late and did not make it for the picture. We had a 80's theme Halloween Party this year for the adults. It was alot of fun. The kids got to dress up in what they are going to be for Halloween this year. We had some yummy food like monster toes and eyeballs and dog bone bread sticks and a yummy pumpkin cheese ball. We played some fun games to like bubble butt, trick or treat, bingo, and my brother had us put a cookie on our foreheads and try to get it to our mouths by only moving our faces. It was alot of fun. Thanks to all that came.

Here is my family!

All the grand kids that came to the party!

The three dusty girls

This tree was where Derek's Grandpa Robb and his Mother would come in the summer and raise there beef. They would store there beef way up high in this tree because the wind would keep the beef cool and would keep the flys away too. We got to ride there and see the tree is was so big and tall.

Hailee feel asleep during some of the four wheeling ride.

Ellie, Revo, and Haliee

Hailee and Ellie playing at the camp ground.

Ellie just had to go and throw rock into the water and get her gloves wet.
We went camping with Revo and Grandpa Robb a few weekends ago. It was really fun we went to Yellowstone that is in Utah. It was a really pretty camp ground and had some really fun four wheeling trails. We will defiantly have to go back next year. Thanks Grandpa Robb and Revo.
