Hailee's Birthday Party and the Dean Family Get Together!

All the girls in there Bandana Skirts that I made. I was pretty proud of myself for making them. I am not a very good sewer. But they turned out cute. I can't get Ellie to take hers off to wash it.

The Fourth of July Fireworks family style. There was no way the kids were going to wait up for the big Fireworks.

Ellie slept like this part of the way home. It was quite the weekend. She I guess she was pretty tired.

When we got home Hailee got to finally open her presents. She got a baby labtop and Ellie wanted her to have a mister potato head and she got she cute cloths too.

Here is the Magic Carpet again. Even my husband and sister got on it and tried it out.

Hailee and this mini tractor that my Grandpa Southam has for the kids to peddle around. So I guess even Hailee got to ride on a tractor.

My whole Family. It is very rare and very hard to get all of my Family together. So it was really fun and of course we had to get a picture.

Here is the kids again. There is Ellie,Macie, Cole, Kadyn, and Evie.

This was the high light of the weekend. The kids could not get enough of the Magic Carpet Ride. There is two videos doen below to see. But my Grandpa Southam has this piece of rubber and some carpet glued to it and them pulls the grand kids on it behind a four wheeler. They were on it almost the whole time. Here is Ellie, Macie, Evie, and Kirk.

The kids even got the chance to gether the eggs from the chickens. I didn't think Ellie would but she got right up there and grabbed one even when there was a chicken screaming at her.

These are all of my Grandpa Southam's tractors and the older cousins all got to sit on one and pretend they were driving. They loved it. The kids were outside almost the whole time. That is how I grew up me and my siblings were always outside playing.

Here is all of Ellie and Hailee's cousins on my side of the Family(except Hailee and Braxton) eating outside at my Grandma and Grandpa Southam's Ranch. It was so nice not to have to clean up after we ate because we just ate outside.


It was a really fun weekend and I am glad that we were able to go. The kids got to experience the fun of Farm Life and have fun. I don't think they even got to sun burned. It was great to be able to get together with all of my family at the same time. I hope we can again sometime.

Here is the two videos of the Magic Carpet Ride. In the winter my Grandpa Southam would pull us kids on the top of a old truck hood in the snow with a tractor in his field. We loved it. I am glad he has come up with the Magic Carpet ride for the summer.
