Ellie's first day of Kindergarten

This is right before we left for school.

When we got to school she saw the fox and wanted a picture with him.

This is Ellie walking to the flag pole where I have to pick her up after school.
Ellie had a good time at school the first day and the second day she said it was really long and the third day she said she had to pull a strike for talking to the boy that sat next to her at circle time. But when she told me she said it was okay Mom it was only a green one when I have to pull a red one then she will call you. I am not surprised that she got in trouble for talking already that is all she does. We love you Ellie!

Dinosaur Museum

The day before school started I decided to take the girls to the Dinosaur Museum since it was the last Tuesday that Thanksgiving Point was having the 2 dollar Tuesdays. Well I was watching my niece Macie too that both of my girls love to play with. It was alot of fun but I would not pay the regular price to get in. Then we walked over to the Deli there at Thanksgiving Point and they were having kids ice cream cones for 25 cents so the girls just had to have two. Luckily they were not that big.

Get Ready for Family Picture Overload!

We had our Family Pictures taken a few weeks ago. Here are some of my favorties. They turned out so good that it is hard to pick. I even had Emmie take some of my parents because I have not had a professional picture of them since I was little.

Hailee's 2nd Birthday

This year for Hailee's 2nd Birthday she didn't get to open presents until that night. We waited until Derek got home from work which was fine with her because she doesn't really understand yet what birthday means. So she got a doctor set and a princess set, a bike, a toy shopping cart, and a scooter so she could be like her sister. She is very independent and trys to do everything her sister does. She dresses and undresses herself aleast 4 times a day but it is good that she can dress herself and she doesn't match half the time but that is okay too. She weights 23 lbs and is 34 inches tall. Which she is a inch taller and 6 pounds lighter than Ellie was at this age. She has this thing with her swim suit lately. She always wants to be in her swim suit. So if you see her outside and that is all she is wearing you will know why now. We love you Hailee and are glad that you are apart of our family.

YA! St George for a week!!!

Me and the girls were able to go to St George for a week two weeks ago to visit with my parents it was sure fun. Then Derek and my brother's family came down over Memorial weekend. Beware there are alot of pictures to see.

This first one is one that Ellie had the camera at my mom's work. She works at a mattress store and got called into work while we were down there so we went to visit with her and Ellie got the camera out of my purse and was having fun in the store. She really wanted a picture of this big sheep that is on one of the beds.
We also can't go to St George and not go swimming. Here is Hailee and my Dad swimming.

Ellie with the camera at my mom's work. Sorry the pictures got out of order.

I love this one she took of herself.

I am really glad she took this picture of my mom. She doesn't like pictures taken of her. So good job Ellie.

Also when we go to St George I take the girls to a swim park that is down town St George. They love it!

There is also a fun park that I take them to too.

The park has on one side this water thing and the other is the park. I put them in there swim suits and they wouldn't even get into the water. They just wanted to play on the park side.

Grandpa Dean also took the three older grand kids on a hike that they love.

Oops! Here is some other pictures at the park.

I love this one how you can see the car down below them.

Of course we had to go to Jumping jacks too.
We had so much fun when we go and visit Grandma and Grandpa in St George. I never want to leave and my mom doesn't want us to leave either. I think we are going to have to do it again before Ellie is in school.
